Spend With Ukraine — is a non-profit organization that curates a web platform with a list of 220+ Ukrainian-rooted businesses. Our mission is to support the Ukrainian economy by promoting world-class Ukrainian products and services worldwide and helping them find customers.
We seek a Content Manager to lead Spend with Ukraine and O0 Design content strategy, build our brands, and grow our audience.
What's the job
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content and social media strategy for SWU & O0 aligned with company goals and target audience
- Be responsible for implementing the strategy, manage the development of content
- Oversee content across all SWU & O0 platforms
- Create & manage content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule
- Produce content for professional design platforms where O0 is present (Behance, Dribbble)
- Write articles for SWU & O0 websites as a part of the content strategy
- Create compelling, visually appealing, and shareable content, write, edit and proofread
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), focusing on consistency, branding, and community engagement
- Monitor website metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Practice social listening
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 1+ year proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role
- Interest in design, tech, fashion, trends in visual communications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- With decent English
- Strong desire for self-improvement, learning, searching for best practices and industry insights
- With genuine curiosity, discipline, rationalism, thoroughness, and proactivity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ukrainian courage is a must
